When I'm back out here, I'll post a few for ya...including Medieval Parties- After Hours!

A horror story first:

About 11 or 12 years ago, I took a girl friend (notice the separation of the words there) to a party. I thought this was going to be some big production, with lots of guests, great music, etc. When we get there, it's some dude's trailer. There were about 15 people present, and some decent music, but nothing like what I had expected.

Things got from bad to worse when someone broke out the blow. The girl I took decided she wanted to hang "with the big boys",  so to speak, and so she matched them in doing lines. I can't say I wasn't a party to this as well, but she went apeshit with it.

Next thing I know, she leans over mid sentence and hurls all over their living room carpet, repeatedly. There is like a Lake of Chunks on the floor. What was weirder is that the hosts of the party didn't seem too concerned or upset about it.

The night ended even worse, as she drove off with someone else without me even knowing she left. Since I came with her, I was stuck at the trailer until around 3am when my sister came to pick me up.

Short of someone dying or getting arrested, it can't get much worse than that, can it?

I take that back: it can get worse. My friend Rick (RIP) had his wife run off with his best friend at their 7 year wedding anniversary party. I've heard of the "7 year itch", but to have it happen on the exact day... well, that sucks worse than my party.

That is way fucked up. I think he could have taken them both out and no court would have convicted him. But that's just me. :P

My party stories usually involve my crazy Mexican family. Last New Year's Eve, my aunt threw a big assed party to celebrate her birthday, my dad's birthday (they're twins, duh ;D), and my other uncle's birthday. The place was packed full of people, most of them getting shitfaced. My aunt, my cousin, and I were having a contest to see who could do the most shots of tequila. My aunt won. :D And then there was the food, and the dancing, and the partying even more when it hit midnight. Good times. Even Jason was out there dancing in his little New Year's hat.

Then there was the other time that I pissed off my uncle's friend. My uncle (who is the biggest lush in California) had a bottle of good brandy. Him and his friend were drinking away and my uncle asked me if I wanted some. Being me (alcoholic in training), I said sure. My uncle's friend was like, "Ladies shouldn't be drinking the hard stuff." I told him I guess I wasn't a lady and proceeded to drink a quarter of the bottle and then polished off a couple of beers. Jackass. :)
